TRACT NO . 1 - 50.1 +/- (located from Canton, OK, 3/4 miles east on Highway 51.) Surface rights in a tract of land in Sec. 10-T18N-13WIM, beginning at a point 838 ft. west of NE corner Sec. 10, W 884 ft., S to point 884 ft. E of SW corner NE/4, E 838 ft. N to point of beginning. The 2013 taxes were $56.00.
TRACT NO. 2 - 27 acres +/- (located from Canton 2 miles north east on Highway 58, ¾ mile west) Surface rights in a tract of land in Sec. 3-T18N-R13WIM, beginning at a point 882 ft. E of NW corner of NE/4. Approximately 603 ft. county road frontage, S to the railroad containing approximately 27 acres more or less. The 2013 taxes were $22.00.

TRACT NO . 4 - 115.7 acres +/- (located west of tract No. 3 joining Sandy Cove Highway 58a) surface rights in a tract of land in the SW/4 Sec. 23-T19N-R13WIM, beginning at SE corner of SW/4, W 1320 ft., N 1709 ft., E 1320 ft., S 1709 ft. to point of beginning, and beginning at a point 173 ft. E of NW corner of N/2 SW/4, S 945 ft., W 173 ft. S 25 ft. E 173 ft. 350 ft. S to a point 173 ft.
