Evans Auctions Services
Provide a detailed auction contract between seller and Evans Auctions. This is a legal document that describes the duties of both parties along with times, dates, property legal, and percentages charged.  
Gather all information needed to complete a detailed auction and marketing plan.
Furnish purchase contracts needed for closing. Deliver said purchase contracts to the closing agent you agree to use. 
Communicate with buyer and seller to close the transaction in a timely fashion. 
Closing costs to Seller would be
Bringing abstracts up-to-date, to Oklahoma Bar Standards
$500.00 closing fee per contract spilt 50/50 between buyer and seller.
Pro-rate the year’s taxes as of closing date.
Documentary Stamps, $1.50 per $1,000.00 for doc stamps on deeds

Closing costs to Seller would be
Bringing abstracts up-to-date, to Oklahoma Bar Standards

Evans Auctions Costs
We charge a commission on total sale price, plus true advertising costs. We furnish receipts on all advertising done and you pay the actual cost of the advertising. We can set an advertising budget..
